Welcome to Missed Bins. By booking a collection with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Provider

Missed Bins is a licensed waste carrier (Environment Agency registration no. CB/DU/501166) based in Surrey. We provide private missed bin collections for households, landlords, and businesses across Surrey and surrounding areas.

2. Services We Provide

• Same-day or next-day missed bin collections (subject to availability).

• Emptying of 240L, 360L, 660L and 1100L wheelie bins.

• Collection of general waste, recycling, food, and garden bins.

• Disposal of contaminated or refused bins.

• All collections include legal disposal at licensed facilities.

⚠️ Excluded items: hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, gas bottles, batteries), large amounts of rubble/soil, electrical appliances, liquids. If unsure, please contact us before booking.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made online via our website or by phone.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are displayed clearly on our website and include disposal fees.

• A same-day surcharge may apply (+£10) if chosen.

4. Access & Customer Responsibility

• Bins must be accessible at the agreed collection time.

• Please ensure gates, codes, or private access details are provided when booking.

• If bins are not accessible and the collection cannot be completed, the booking fee may still be charged.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full.

• Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled collection may be charged in full.

• If we are unable to complete a collection due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no cost.

6. Proof of Collection

• Photo proof of each collection is provided where possible.

• Waste Transfer Notes are available for commercial and landlord customers on request.

7. Liability

• Missed Bins is fully insured.

• We accept no liability for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. severe weather, road closures, accidents).

• Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are free from prohibited or hazardous items.

8. Data Protection

Your personal details are processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary to complete your booking and comply with legal obligations.

9. Amendments

Missed Bins reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
